created an analysis contrib to produce tables of activities, journeys, trips (stages) and transfers (for the matsim tutorial in singapore)

hopefully fixed some dependency salad

set up for accumulating flow to zero instead of 1; at the moment default is 1; 0 can be used from config switch. Tests to check it.

RunWithinDayReplanningFromPlansExample tutorial was not running any more. Repaired that; wrote a test. Adapted javadoc to code changes
