PopulationGenerator has been modified to generate a uni-directional flow, to test several literature scenarios.

Daganzo's paradox scenario. This contains two main links towards the destination; one with "improved" bottleneck. By setting the width of the bottleneck to 0.4m (1 cell), the network performances improves.
