mzilske's playground added to the pom.xml

renamed a test, added more test to check the link leave events for car/bike/motorbike if departed simultaneously. Two tests fails, yet to fix.

Convert class for Portland data of the otp-matsim project, uses GTFS to Matsim Converter in Mzilske's playground

bug fixed: link leave event uses now the correct link id. (before it used the lane id instead)
