removed the util dependency from michalm

swing/chart utils added

reverting part of a previous commit to fix test failures. If transitWalk is to be treated by the teleportation router, it needs a freeSpeedFactor (but it is commented out now).

code fix for teleportation speed (removed deprecated method)

making a test self-contained (worked on the server, now also works in eclipse)

fix fuerbas test (problem with no longer globally available beeline distance)
