fix fuerbas test (problem with no longer globally available beeline distance)

Second attempt based on experience with first attempt...

add stopping criteria

stagnation and max iteration count

add initial value to tabu list

bugfix priority

better priority

better heuristic for initial value

output moves rather than points

allows visualizing exploration tree

improve convergence further

solve problems by being dumber.

just beeing greedy and stupid works pretty well...
