Cannot remember of reading the network actually prints the statistics to file, so just adding it to the code.

Added class to reduce a national complex network to one that only has edges with at least one of its nodes inside the City of Cape Town.

Added nmviljoen as dependency.

Updated the path dependent network with some additional methods and Javadoc. Tests still outstanding.

class name changed

bug fix to use holes (new impl)

renaming those enums from plural to singular (since they are types of single items)
