Updated definition to not look at start time and number of activities separately, but rather jointly. Since these changes are still experimental I am not updating the version number.

Added test to multi-modal contrib that ensure that the code can handle TransitAgents.

Added HasPerson Interface to TransitAgent (its only method getPerson() was already present).

Added vkt estimation in activity chain analysis.
