Continued to implement the routing between the pt-stops...

Changed plans generator to use path-dependent knowledge of activity sampling.

prototype for "swallowing" holes when they arrive at the upstream end,
and memorize the available space in leftHolesStorageCapacity.

renaming some mentioning of planSelector to planSelectorForRemoval, since they are not completely the same and this may lead to confusion. Is a left-over from some wrong naming some time ago; still needs to be cleaned up fully.

setting default for vspDefaultsCheckingLevel from ignore to warn. Many of the warnings, especially with respect to settings of the scoring function parameters, should also be relevant for outsiders

Fixed test code.

First attempt at the revised code for sampling from the complex network.

Corrected the toString() method.

Added revised document type definition.
