PopulationParser: Class to parse synthetic populations and read information about the location of minor activities, as well as the hour of the day in which the chain starts. This is done for populations in South Africa, and information is also collected for chains that have one or more activities in Gauteng, Cape Town, eThekwini, and combinations thereof.

Minor changes were made to the other two classes.
