Updated RunOwnMobsimAgentUsingRouter to the (I think) correct structure. Still doesn't run though.

Moved pointer to TripRouter usage example from Controler to TripRouter.

Turned TripRouterFactoryInternal into a Provider<TripRouter> and renamed it to TripRouterProvider.

The ShutdownHook (for instance, when Ctrl-C is pressed) now Thread.interrupt()s the main thread, so we don't wait until the iteration finishes and STILL dump the population without anything continuing in the meantime. The QSim naturally supports this because it synchronizes with the EventsManager every timestep (so it exits with an InterruptedException). We can (if we want) look for more places which we want to be interruptible. (The Controler will now, when interrupted, interrupt at the neareast interruptible place).
