fix yet another sign problem...

bugfix (the classical hours vs. seconds mistake...)

bugfix: routing of bike used car disutility parameters

this was fine until now, but not anymore when one adds disutility of
slope on the top...

add constructor allowing to pass disutilities

to allow usage for other modes than car. One still needs to use one's
own factory to plug it in somewhere.

named threads for debugging. updated hydra. psim fires stuckevents when simulation end time exceeded.

plotting change in NO2 on color scale and change in delays on transparency scale

add javadoc option linksource=true for the hudson profile. Also, it looks like the javadoc option were ignored (maybe due to changed with Maven 3?), so I reorganized the pom.xml to fix that.
