cont'd removing dc from core

Changed clustering parameters to radius = 15, pmin = 15 (to be used for ChainGeneration paper).

Fixed bugs in DensityGrid: density calculation was wrong in presence of obstacles.

Added class to read in .txt files containing a list of vehicleIds for a training and test set, then copying the appropriate vehicle xml files to a specified folder. To be used for 049-Manuscript where we compare true activity chains (in test set) to synthetic activity chains that were generated from a complex network that was built using the training set.

do not convert read modes to lower case

not sure why this was ever done... Was probably OK when modes were
hard-coded, but now this leads to pretty confusing behavior (I lost
quite some time figuring out why my results were so strange when reading
a population with leg modes "bikeSharing"... Because they were converted
to "bikesharing")

No test fails, so I assume it is fine.

pass Id of BikeSharingFacilities to Id<BikeSharingFacility>, and add route factory

reading test lamentably fails, because the reader converts the read
modes to lower case (!?)
