do not convert read modes to lower case

not sure why this was ever done... Was probably OK when modes were
hard-coded, but now this leads to pretty confusing behavior (I lost
quite some time figuring out why my results were so strange when reading
a population with leg modes "bikeSharing"... Because they were converted
to "bikesharing")

No test fails, so I assume it is fine.

pass Id of BikeSharingFacilities to Id<BikeSharingFacility>, and add route factory

reading test lamentably fails, because the reader converts the read
modes to lower case (!?)

improved network structure of the CA. Now intermediate targets can be considered inside the same discrete environment.

add a route factory for bike sharing routes

to read them from population

run connection with facilities also when not performing merging

fix comma error in default value

Added TacticalDestination and FinalDestination concepts. still not stable version
