Added densityGrid, that contains values of pedestrian local density in each cell. These values are now used to calculate the time a pedestrian needs to perform the swap in case of bidirectional flow.

Slaves execute all plans in memory to update scores once a cycle, thereafter only execute newly mutated plans. PSim multi-threading simplified

Enforced a maximum chain length condition again because an infinite loop is created when it's removed. Used the 99th percentile (71) of number of activities per chain for national population.

Agents now added via wait queue to CALinks - similar to the way it is done in queue sim

Uncommented Header methods. Figured out why Hobbes can't find the class.

Uncommented Header method. For some reason Java does not find the class when trying to run this class on server Hobbes.

Reverted back to previous formatted string. Turns out my "correction" was incorrect!
