Removed dependency from LinkStats to Controler and TravelTimeCalculator

added method to get list of persons and activities for which actual activity duration in plan is zero.

add a switch to run null model instead of estimated parameters

could be done via a config file as well, to allow more flexibility

minimum sub activity duration is independent of parent activity min duration.

LegHistogram is a module.

Modules now support ControlerListeners. LinkStats and VolumesAnalyzer are now Modules.

Added class DigicoreVehicleIdsToFiles. Can't remember what changes were make to CompletenessPerConfiguration and ZoneCompleteness. Possibly just changing the clustering parameter values in the bodies of these two methods.
