more typed Ids

we need that constructor to be public. By making it private and not offering any other way to call it, actual functionality would be lost, which doesn't make sense

add logging output, maybe it helps to trace down the bug?

adding typed Ids while trying to debug code

restructure program flow. Instead of having one flow with multiple if-statements on the same fact in-between, have one if-statement with the two different flows. Makes it much easier for me to read what is actually happening.

an attribute was added to the Marginal Congestion Event

fixed a small bug, added some comments

removed a layer of factories from qnetsimengine (not necessary anymore)

Marginal Congestion Events are now thrown in the correct chronological order. Therefore a new Event Attribute was introduced, which contains the information when the causing agent has entered the link before. The normal Time Attribute contains the time when the agent who was affected left the link.
