Update the FCC centroid grid classes

removing all GPS processing stuff from my matsim playground since it is out of date

Implementation and test of AbstractRouteConverter.convert().

improved version now makes sure one-way streets leading out of the evacuation area are kept

First version of combining movingpathways with teleported pt in subtours. Appropriate mode is chosen in order to increase the score.

First bits of code for 3D visualisation of accelerometer data.

Added svn:ignore tags on the target folders. The mvn install commands should be run locally (only) and need not indicate a repository out-of-sync.
