compute some kind of equivalent distance of denivelation. Rather rough,
but some kind of approximation seems necessary for bike sharing.

put bike sharing facility Id in BS interaction

add a check that BS facilities and ActivityFacility ids do not overlap
in BikeSharingScenarioUtils. Not really enough to be safe, but except
for typed IDs, can't really see a way.

add a method to check if two collections contain common elements

Crucial bugfix on how employment is parsed: 1 != true.
