put bike sharing facility Id in BS interaction

add a check that BS facilities and ActivityFacility ids do not overlap
in BikeSharingScenarioUtils. Not really enough to be safe, but except
for typed IDs, can't really see a way.

add a method to check if two collections contain common elements

Crucial bugfix on how employment is parsed: 1 != true.

Made minor chanes to log messages.

Fixed hard-coded filename.

Fix permutation reference.

Final code tweaks to assign activities to GTI buildings in Nelson Mandela Bay.

Bugfix with Coords not converted and written to file.

Updated code to programatically perform tasks over multiple study areas.
