Some regression tests now compare Populations in-memory by serialization with the current Writer (so I don't have to replace expected population files when the serialized form changes).

extensions to the KaiAnalysisListener\n\nThis may in fact break code when attached to a running simulation; tried to catch that but may have overlooked something. The problem is that it now needs additional data (such as road pricing or person attributes), and they may not always be present
