Merged changes from org.matsim.contrib.grips in cooperation with wdoering

Before merging with contrib.grips

Default Values for BusStop: "0", "1" for depHH and depMM
Controller: check if area.shp and pop.shp are in an existing dir
Changed LaF to Nimbus

do not accept elements out of bounds

it was accepting them, but some queries did not work correctly

add a get method for elliptical regions

useful for instance to approximate space time prisms
it is named getElliptical(), and not simply get(), because I found the
pletora of get() methods, accepting from 2 to 5 double parameters,
was becoming rather difficult to understand.
