debug exception-checking tests

several of them would have passed even if the behavior they are supposed
to check did not happen (there were other inconsistencies in the
anonymous classes, probably due to wild copy paste...)

do not wrap InvocationTargetExceptions, but rethrow their cause

according to the documentation, this exception is only used to transmit
exceptions which occur during the invoked method. Wrapping it results in
a double wrapping, which makes the log message rather difficult to read.

copy classes from tutorial-package to test-directory. The nightly build script on the build server enforces that there is no dependency from org.matsim.* to tutorial.*, but only the other way around, causing the compilation to fail due to this test.
