Ant Scripts for my local use, i.e. generate grips.jar in different locations

Added "EPSG:32632" as constant string in Constants.java, since EPSG:3395 causes projection errors
Constants.java must consequently be imported in ScenarioGenerator.java
Constructor of GripsConfigModule expects two parameters
