shifted from jsprit-snapshots to releases (current 1.1.0)
inspected and removed warnings (where easy to remove)

Some updates and split of files to separate steps.

- before exporting, already existing matsim links and nodes are now validated with a validator. if errors occur, export is cancelled and a validation layer is shown

entering / departing instead of leaving agents

link enter time of the causing agent used instead of the link leave time of the causing agent (for throwing congestion events)

one test set to ignore

IVVReaderUpdate - splits by from-Relation now

Ouput directory will be renamed to "output_oldi" (with i an integer) if it exitsts.
Filename setAbsolute() in GripsConfigModule for config.xml
