remove constructor without number of threads

bugfix

add the possibility to dump pSim events

if enabled, events are *always* dumped: only for understanding crash
causes.

move runnable selection in its own method

- add treatment of "forks" in the path including priorisation: basic functionality done, but still a few todos left
