improved plotting...

extend way sorting:
- add treatment for neighbouring nodes (still buggy)
- name derivation for relations without "name" tag

fixed a nullpointerexception on undo

Bug fix: creating the next strategy Id.

Update freight population generator.

Giving more useful error message when weights container (for subpopulation) is null.

Had a problem with comparing Ids, so I added a test. It turns out the problem was my way of comparing equality - but now there is a test for IdImpl.

Removed config file and replaced with code.

forgot to reset stucking agents and travel time

do not sort plans by decreasing number of incompatible plans

not sorting improves computation time a lot, by making lazy computation
actually useful.
