fixing configs after qsim-config-changes to fix failing tests
have locationchoice tests use qsim instead of queueSimulation
Renamed "simulation" module to "qsim" module in several config files.
don't test otfvis on queuesimulation anymore (but only on qsim)
delete old, outdated tutorial.
adding use case for own trip router in kai playgrounds
improve user-doc generation on build server
removing the extensions from the user guide.
fix failing test due to late night refactoring ;-)
delete 3 years old code which is no longer used.
