Updated files for ReRoutingTest and added two tests for FastDijkstra and FastAStarLandmarks.

Replaced the PriorityQueue used by the Dijkstra. The (Wrapped)BinaryMinHeap should have a smaller memory footprint and a higher performance than the PseudoRemovePriorityQueue that was used so far.

Performance optimization in the TravelTimeCalculator. If FastRouters and RoutingNetworks are used, routing time is reduced by ~20-30%.
