allow to enable parallel QNetsimEngine for joint QSim

some renamings of classes in the qnetsimengine. slowly it starts making sense

adding some code (commented out) which removes regular car travelers from the demand (for a freight-like demo)

first passenger was plotted exactly underneath driver; correcting that

some cadyts consolidation (unify some methods between CadytsPt and CadytsCar

GRIPS module: major update
-replaced old modules (module names and launch parameters preserved)
-added scenario manager

script to run a simulation using the new GroupReplanningConfigGroup

lots of copy-paste in there...

always produce joint trip statistics.

avoid using the WeightsConfigGroup, which should go soon

extract classes in their own files
