move transit schedule validator out of my playground to org.matsim.*.
An additional validation is added to ensure all transit route stops have correct offsets defined.
Some error/warning messages were rephrased to match the structure of other messages.

add toString() methods for TransitRouterNetworkLink and TransitRouterNetworkNode to make debugging easier.

restructured code, created analysis package

changed order of filtering
added colors

making this symmetric to CharyparNagelScoringFunctionFactory. Not sure if lazy initialization really necessary, think not
