rework a little searchForCombinationsWithoutForbiddenPlans

bugfix: BlackListedTimeAllocationMutator was producing NaN times in activities with undefined end times

the ReplanningContext getters were calling themselves instead of calling
the ones of the registry.

introduce a ControllerRegistryBuilder

ControllerRegistry now fully configurable, while remaining easy to
construct.
