Commit [r23180] Maximize Restore History

Subtours now return all the trips between the two anchor activities

This is what was done by PlanAnalyzeSubtours.getSubtourElements().
A convenience method allows to get the sequence of trips which do not
pertain to any "sub-subtour" (which is what the Subtour did before this
commit)
