Hopefully fixed problems from yesterday's commit.

MessungHandlers noch verfeinbar. Flussmessung noch nicht ganz gemeistert.

fixing, as usual, the grips config file test (since the config file dump was changed)

changed config name isGeneratingDeniedBoardingEvents to isGeneratingBoardingDeniedEvents to be consistent with event name

added BoardingDeniedEvent. can be switched on in VspExperimentalConfigGroup; default is switched off. modified a test so this is tested

tried to repair withinday compile errors

added constructor to EventWriterXML so that System.out or System.err can be passed as an argument (to write to console)

added ruby freight demand generation ruby code to playground.vsp

kai playground change

"AdditionalTeleportationDepartureEvent" is gone; QSim now keeps track of
teleported agents by itself (instead of the visualizer); "tracking"
temporarily disabled.
