added a log.warn concerning the fact that the transit config is modified after the config dump
changed "setupMultiModalConfig" to "setuptMultiModalSimulation" since the config was, in fact, _not_ changed in that method (one can argue about what "config" means but for me it always evokes the "Config" class)
