Updates in core classes to prepare hand-over

osm and kmz network converters added.

adding function to read network (incl. test), class moved.

Fixed code that was broke because of previous refactorings.

Major code update in my playground.
-updated multi-modal code
-updated within day code
-added evacuation code

QPersonAgent: extracted calculateDepartureTime(...) from reachActivity(...).
Within Day Modules now can change the EndTime of a currently performed Activity, (re)calculate the DepartureTime and update the activityEndsList in the QSim.

Update on planomat demo runs.
