protected core.mobsim.queuesim even more from outside access. With the introduction of "Vis..." and "CapacityInformation...", this went surprisingly well.
(can't say how much I am building on top of other people's work).

Surprisingly, I still found a larger number of references to core.mobsim.queuesim inside otfvis; I had (probably naively) assumed that all of those had been pointered to ptproject.qsim. Overall, however, this indicates to me that otfvis is maybe less dependent on the type of qsim than we tend to think ... and again, this may be the result of the work of others (in particular, Michael Z. said something similar to me last week).

removed openGL display list feature, since this is not faster but slower (at least for here).

last commit only masked the problem, but it was still there when zooming in fairly far. Moving back in the changes from 11410 to 11411, plus one
quick fix that replaces a "null" string with an empty string to avoid a null pointer exception. Can't say what this does; my speculation is that
some old mvi files do not contain link Id labels, but the newer otfvis expects them.

undoing change from r11410 to r11411 since it means that I can't play some old mvi file any longer (vsp-cvs/runs/run657/it.1000/1000.events.mvi)
