try to fix some playground tests (mostly bad file names), some code cleanup (adding gpl-headers where missing)

fixed an infinite loop by removing the unused, deprecated method that caused the loop

I reduced a number of "PersonDriverAgents" to either PersonAgent or DriverAgent.

Had to introduce getDestinationLinkId() for both interfaces for this; couldn't see an alternative of how to handle this.
