moved some functionality from QuadTree that were only added for, and used by, OTFVis to the OTFServerQuad-classes

removed deprecated and empty method QSim.openNetStateWriter(...).

changed return type of NetworkImpl.getLinks() from Map<Id, LinkImpl> to Map<Id, Link> (return interface instead of implementation), had to adapt quite a lot of code.

fixed no longer existing parameter and runId bug

moved SocNetConfigGroup from org.matsim.core.config.groups to playground.jhackney, and removed it from the core.config.Config.

removed the methods getName(), setName(String) and toString() from the interface Layer. (toString() in an interface?!)

added live mode from output_plans

Reduced memory footprint of OSM-converter (by filtering unwanted Ways directly while reading)

changed return type of LinkFactory from LinkImpl to Link
