added output option for Lodyfa file format

added some code that would be useful to read old mvi files. Can't find an example where this is necessary, though. Leaving that code in place (in comments) for the time being, but can be deleted again if no instance of its necessity is found.

Speeded up the SnapshotGenerator. Changed the "rounding" of the "number of lanes" -- please tell me if this doesn't work for you.
