I made more changes to the ptRouterAdapted package.

I would very much prefer if in the near future PTValues became package-protected, and all configuration of ptRouterAdapted were inside its package.

changed "private TransitRouterConfig" to protected so that it can be accessed in subclasses. (Could also be solved by a protected getter.)

Making ptRouterAdapted somewhat more consistent with matsim core design
