Setting back to original (AS) parameter settings

printing with if clause, and scorer call so that Planomat works

Adapted Test-Cases for QSimEngine and QSimEngineImpl.

Created an Interface for the QSimEngine and renamed existing QSimEngine to QSimEngineImpl.
Simplified the structure of the ParallelQSimEngine by creating a class QSimEngineThread that replaces ParallelMoveLinksAndNodes.
