Made connectionManager.add less generic and more safe; Removed an OTFVis backward-compatibility mechanism which we *think* wasn't working correctly anyway (complaints to zilske@..., please); visualisation of agents in activities; more VISUM data conversion

code cleanup, fixed some warnings reported by FindBugs or PMD, added missing annotations, etc.

fix compilation problem due to umlaut in wrong encoding.

fixed non-compiling import after refactoring of matsim project without refactoring the playgrounds

improved warn messages by adding the link id to all of them

Add Utils to edit Routes.

reorganized the files in the tutorial to better guide people to the "newer" variants
