- replaced deprecated method RouteWRefs.getStartLink() with getStartLinkId()

- replaced deprecated method RouteWRefs.setEndLink() with setEndLinkId()
- replaced method NetworkRouteWRefs.setLinks() with setLinkIds()
- replaced deprecated method NetworkRouteWRefs.getLinks() with getLinkIds()
- changed a lot of route-constructors and route-facilities to use Ids instead of Links as arguments.
- lots of code changes to accommodate change from Link/Node-references to Id in routes
