removed two deprecated constructors in PlansCalcRoute

now actually removed deprecated constructor QueueSimulation(Network, Population, Events)

removed deprecated constructor QueueSimulation(Network, Population, Events), repalced by calls to QeueuSimulation(Scenario, Events)

removed deprecated method ActivityFacilityImpl.getLink(), replaced with calls to getLinkId()

- Removed deprecated method ActivityEventImpl.getAct()
- removed some Event-Constructors that still took Activity as argument.
- Removed interfaces DeprecatedActivityEndEventHandler, DeprecatedActivityStartEventHandler
- Replaced calls to the removed methods/interfaces

added method getFacilityId() to interface ActivityEvent, changed also Constructors and EventsFactory to add the additional attribute to the event.
