Added the option to _remove_ all plans which have at least one leg with a certain model (e.g. remove all plans that use the car in at least one leg).

Implemented this by a constructor that takes an enum instead of a boolean as second argument.

replaced calls to deprecated method NetworkRouteWRefs.getNodes(). PopulationWriters no also need the network to convert linkIds to nodeIds for writing node-based routes to files, so a lot of code had to be changed to also pass the network to the PopulationWriters.
