Trying to run mkclean v0.8.6 on .mkv files on 32 bit Ubuntu 12.04. However, given input files of approximately 10GB to 20GB in size, the resulting "cleaned" files don't ever really get bigger than ~2GB. When viewed via VLC, the video is truncated. No STDERR output from mkclean and the return value is 0.
The invocation is something like this
$ mkclean --optimize movie.mkv movie.clean.mkv
Progress 1/3: 100%
Generating Cues from scratch
Progress 2/3: 100%
Progress 3/3: 100%
Finished cleaning & optimizing "movie.clean.mkv"
$ echo $?
The same problem is evident with mkWDclean...
