MatrixGen-0.35 Release

Well, I am releasing MatrixGen-0.35. With this release I think we are about ready to move out of Alpha, and call it beta. If anyone downloaded MatrixGen-0.33, you should immediately update to 0.35. MatrixGen-0.33 Had some really interesting bugs which made the statistics generated pretty much random. Those are however fixed, and I think 0.35 is looking pretty good. If anyone finds any problems, hit the bug database.
