#22 dom4j xml processing

XMLDirector shows strange behaviour when experimenting
with DTD document. e.g. dtd isn´t loaded from hci
webpage, when completly removing dtd, strange elements
come up when calling
Element relationType = (Element) tmp.node(i);
which reult in a classcast exception.
