#1 Matrix mixer doesn't work in Win98SE

Hello. My problem is it:
Problem description: Filter doesn't work correctly
Windows version: Windows 98 SE
Sound card: SBLive 5.1
Player used and its version: for all players doesn't work
correctly
Speaker configuration used: Whatever :-), I used 5.1
LFE speaker, on 2 speakers it is too bad :-((

In Windows 98 SE, I used WaveOut

In Windows 2000 filter works corretly :-))))) but why in
98SE not?
In Windows 98SE Video & Sound is break :-(((
