MatLab Analysis of Imaris Data (MAID) allows users to automatically analyse exported statistical information from Imaris (Bitplane) using a variety of modular MatLab designed scripts. The modular design allows users to change and add to the already existing scripts. Currently 3 main classes of functions can be determined, Statistical analysis, Plotting of data, and the concatenation of data.
